 Valley District Individual Tournament 2002

The draw shows Jim seeded #1 in singles and he and Scott seeded #1 in doubles.

Jim had little trouble with Hennis of Rockbridge in the semifinals. The final score was 6-0, 6-0.

In doubles, Scott and Jim plan their strategy to win this tournament for the third straight year.
The plan is to attack, attack, attack.
Coach and Brandon have little to say as Jim and Scott cruise to a 6-0, 6-1 victory over Kane and Dawkins from Waynesboro in the semifinals.

The first set was a breeze but it tightened up in the second.

The FDHS duo breaks Spencer at 4-4 then Jim serves home the match.
That makes it 15-0 for the year.
